how old is that photo? Xmas 2009?
It's definitely not the $9m Bel Air mansion where he lived with Avril before.
I read somewhere that Av gave him the old house where his home studio was, really weird that he's not living or working there.

If not, then why would Perfect Sound Studio have some Sum 41 and Avril records on the wall? I doubt Deryck put them all up just for the atmosphere. Especially not the Avril ones.

TBDT cd is up there b/c of his work on the album, he produced two songs

But anyway my point is, to me it looks very much like the Deryck&Avril house, no question.

The pic below is of Av and D's house, I promise you its not the same one as in the vids, one big thing is the kitchen is different. Plus if he was using his old home studio why would he move all the equipment into another room? Its a home studio some where else I just don't know where or when he moved in.

On your next album, are you going for the pop-punk style that you used in All Killer No Filler and Underclass Hero, for the more hardcore style like in Chuck and Does This Look Infected, ore something else?In my opinion your pop-punk songs were the best ever.

I would say this new album is not pop-punk at all. Its not really like any of our albums. It pretty rockin though. Hard, dark and intense.
