When did UH as a single drop?

EDIT: May 15, 2007.

I'd say maybe around June-July something.

July might be too late if the album is getting released during the Summer, but I'm hoping for May/June. I'm beginning to get antsy.

Just sayin'. UH was released on that date as a single. The album was done in March.
If it comes earlier though, i won't complain!

UH was all (mixing included) done in March, indeed.
But I think they had an earlier date, instead of the 23rd, 24th of July.

Anyway, I remember listening UH mid April for the first time.
I think it was released in a preview show of some festival they would play on.

If a new single comes officially in May, we'll be able to listen to it mid or late April definetely.

My bet for the album release is on July.

Not possible. The very first time it was played was May 9th, when a radio station (can't remember which one) was interviewing Deryck, and then asked what he liked about the new single. Then the host said that they had just received the single, which is going to be released on May 15th, "but since Deryck is here as a special guest, we will play the song for our listeners now." Deryck started to say "You have that already? It was supposed to..." and then he got faded out and the UH kicked in. :silly:

And yes, I remember these exactly. I was so hyped about the new album. :devious:

I highly doubt it was the 9th of May.

Wasn't it the 91X festival? I thought it was.

And I'm pretty sure that podcast was in April.

Not sure about the station, but I'm postive about the May 9th date.

Check this out:

This thread was started on the 23rd of April and they're discussing the sound of the Underclass Hero-song.

Maybe you were just late.

I stand corrected.

At least May 9th was the date I listened to a Deryck interview, where he was surprsed of the fact that they were going to play it a week beforehand. Maybe some other station played it before that, I don't know. :silly:

It's titled "Day 25" and the beginning of the video says "Day 28". You've got to be kidding me.

Yeah, I'm still wondering what happened to that. Do they both still live there or what?
I thought Deryck left the house, but now he's building another studio over there?
I'm confused.

March of the Dogs came out in April did it not? As a digital single. Then Underclass Hero a few weeks later in May, then Walking Disaster at the start of July, then the whole album streamed the week before right

Its not Av and D's house, I think its still part of Perfect Sound.

http://www.perfectsoundstudios.com/new/about.html

Didn't he do the vocals for UH in his home studio, maybe that why they're moving from the main studio to the house

That's the house the other 25 studio updates have been in. In this one Deryck says "let's go to my house studio", and there are some record awards by both Sums and Avril on the wall. Plus there's this skull picture, which was showed in UH recordings at Deryck's home studio.

If not, then why would Perfect Sound Studio have some Sum 41 and Avril records on the wall? I doubt Deryck put them all up just for the athmosphere. Especially not the Avril ones.

^^ theres like a bunch of little home studios all over that hill, impossible to know which one, but its kinda like Perfect Sound, could still be an attachment, but I'm not sure...just another private residence near there. All the equipment and frames are from his studio so I guess he just moved into a new house/studio thing during demo/writing and for vocals

I really doubt Deryck would move some paintings or record plates from his house to a studio, just for the time for vocal recordings. Especially records of Avril's. Why the hell would he do that?

And like you said, "theres like a bunch of little home studios all over that hill".
So why would he call one "My house studio" ?

Also, if you check the 3:12 of the last update, you see a Christmas tree next to the staircase.
Then check this picture of Deryck with his mom:
http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e399/ ... /x-mas.jpg
I doubt they spent the Christmas in the Perfect Sound Studios, but I could be wrong though.

But anyway my point is, to me it looks very much like the Deryck&Avril house, no question.
So I'm wondering that if Deryck is still active in his old house, where does Avril live then?
