For those that don't know what Hogmanay is, it is basically what the Scottish call their New Years celebrations. and why is quite simple. A Hogmanay party starts on the 31st December right through to the 2nd of January which is a Scottish Bank Holiday.
3 days of non-stop parting.
But anyhow, unless you guys are Chinese then Happy New Year guys.
