Ipod to Itunes Sync Help?

Post by Sara »

Well, recently my PC suddenly screwed up and the hard disk just didn't function at all anymore. I forgot to backup my iTunes folder ( ) so after dad gets a new hard disk for the CPU, I'mma gonna have an empty iTunes! Wee.

I have no iTunes database files or anything. Everything is still on my iPod. Is there a way I can sync everything from my iPod to an empty itunes? Including all my old plays and ratings and artwork and everything.

I tried using some program, but as soon as it started syncing music from my iPod to my Itunes, my iPod would be all like "OK to disconnect" and the program would tell me the device isn't connected.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. =)

I think I used a program called iPod rip or irip or something. It copied all the song I had on my iPod to my computer but I didn't get to keep my play counts etc. Sorry I can't remember the name lol.

What's wrong with the good old Click and Drag, If you go to view hidden folders and view system files they can be found quite easily.
