Batman: Arkham Asylum

Post by Jeremy Kill »

It's coming out May 2009.

Trailer
Environment Trailer
Now, I'm not one for superhero videogames. Frankly, they all just seem recycled and suck. But because I've always enjoyed Batman as a kid, I'm drawn into this game a little more. And there's no doubt in my mind that The Dark Knight has helped influence my desire to get this, even though this game isn't based on the movie.

Other than watching the trailers though, I know nothing else about this game.

:agreed:

But I really think this is going to be an awesome game. It has action pumped parts with battles, and some investegation parts. Wich is cool, cause Batman is (check the early work) kinda of a detective.

This game has potential to be amazing.
But it will probably be hyped up and fail..
hopefully not though.

I got bored and searched YouTube for more videos. Here are some Invisible Predator videos.
It looks alright. Kind of reminds me of Metal Gear Solid.

Well, the game finally came out August 25th and I just bought it yesterday. I played it for like 6 hours straight last night, trying to beat it before I end up going to back to school, but my file says I'm only 38% done! Oh well, it's a fun game nonetheless.

Played like 5 hours or something. Pretty bad game, don't like it at all. Superhero games always suck.
