The song writing stage is never over, even during recording he might think of the new way to put across the message, the amount of times I've been happy about a song but then changed it because I though of a better way to put it.

Except in the making of Underclass Hero, Deryck really didn't appreciate Cone's one note contribution to the title track saying he didn't want to start adding new things now that they were in the studio. But if you're talking lyrics, then disregard this, haha.

I wonder who they got. Me personally would hope for either Mr Brett, Mark Hoppus, Bill Stevensson or Greig Nori. Mark Hoppus or Greig Nori is never gonna happen but still.

I think Bill Stevenson will fit them right! He did a great job on Useless ID, Rise Against and NOFX records. And we can hope for Mark Hoppus haha, I mean, it'll help him... all the bands he produced was shit haha, except the last New Found Glory record.
