bizzys home studio - a little info
Since the news is kinda slow these days I'd thought I'd post some info, not much but its something
I asked Evan Taubenfeld to tell us the difference between his studio and Derycks:
" Deryck and I have similar studios in a sense that they're both very pro level studios yet still in our houses. He's got the ability to record live drums and more guitars than I do and also has a significant collection of amazing outboard gear and guitars. Since I'm super program heavy I have a psychotic amount of plug-ins, virtual instruments, and other software programs. That's kinda the main differences I'd say. "

That's pretty cool, I would love to have a pro recording studio but I can't afford it.

I can record pretty decent guitars and bass and electric drums (which are shit so I don't) and also keyboard, I mostly use software to add more bass depth to the track and tweak some other settings and I get some pretty nice demo.samueeL wrote:I wouldn't mind having even somekind of home studio x|

I should buy usb-mic so I could record harmonica and maybe some vocals and I should buy keyboard too so I could record everything fully, but I really hate the sound of my recorded guitar and well... sound of my electric drums too.. :D

Nice post. Ye I'm into recording to, got logic express, firepod, RNP, tons of microphones (condenser & dynamic) and monitors. It's really fun to screw around and stuff.

Re: bizzys home studio - a little info
well you guys probably won't like his music, but he's one of Avril's best friends...played in her band from 2002-2004 and co-wrote the the songs Deryck produced on TBDT, hes working with D again on his own stuff and Avs.
