Windows Movie Maker has came pre installed since windows XP, maybe even before that, i think i had it on Windows ME. anyways it is THE WORST program you will ever use. i highly unrecommend it. it is terrible.

Windows Movie Make comes with PC's
However, with mac's its iMovie.
iMovie is sao fun to play around with for example earthquakes, or making clones of yourself, to sound effects and rain

Movie maker comes with all versions of xp, you can go download it if you don't have it
Movie maker was greatly improved in vista, just like imovie was greatly improved in the latest release of ilife
