Holy sweet mother of jesus, i must go! Actually we're (me and my friend) probably going to Finland again around the same time as last year, so i'm going to convince her to go there.

No Ruisrock? :smug:

Haha, it sounded like i was an artist playing there, lol.
Her dad likes some of the band there, so i think it would be easy to convince them. I wish i could know the full lineup of Ruisrock 09', have you heard, is it any good?
Since Estonia doesn't have big festivals, i'll be going to Finland quite often in a few years :p
If i'd known better back then, i would've seen Hanoi Rocks a few years ago, i've heard that Andy McCoy is awesome, lol.

I think Hanoi Rocks sucks :/ And sorry, but I don't know about Ruisrock.

About the Sonisphere, it's not a free festival (if u know what I mean). You have to buy a ticket in advance to get in. And Metallica sold the 50 000 tickets in half an hour  I have to say that it was pure luck that my mom (lol) got trough the massive crowd that was ordering the tickets from the internet and got two tickets for us. Yeah! \,,/ :glad:

Yeah, i did a little bit of maths and it costs quite a lot, i reckon it's because of Metallica too. But my friend's dad is pretty wealthy and has connections so i think we would get these tickets if we wanted :smug: But Ruisrock's lineup isn't all that impressive, maybe Slip and The Gaslight Anthem

Hanoi Rocks are fuckin' amazing! Too bad you missed 'em cuz they are doing their farewell tour now before breaking up this March. I think there's no chance to see them as they are concluding this tour in some last dates in Japan, so it sucks, although it was rumored their last ever show will be in Finland in the club they first played in, or something like that. Too bad they're breaking up.

I had to listen to The Gaslight Anthem several times before i got into them, kinda like it was with Brand New. I find them amazing because The 59' Sound reminds me of the summers back in the day, haha. I wish they'd come to Estonia some day, if not, then i'll probably go to Ruisrock in Finland to see them.
