I am not wrong. :) Matt and Michelle do not have children and Deryck has said on multiple occasions that he has no siblings.

So unless it's a close younger relative that is randomly referred to as a nephew (which really does not happen very often), Deryck does not have a "nephew," and he certainly does not have an actual nephew.
