so, over at the billy talent message boards, some people were talking about how the new CD is going to be coming out in summer 09 now and not Q1 (march) 2009. not only that, but i have found a link to a article (a couple months old) revealing a few working titles. those apparently include ‘White Sparrows’, ‘Sudden Movements’ and ‘Tears into Wine’.
PS; Also, they have a few shows scheduled a couple months before this apparent release, and there's a good chance they'll be recording it professionally. you know what that means; new songs.
Assuming BT plays new material at the sydney show (Metro Theatre) and they are filming the show as they do almost each show now, anyone will be able to go check out the whole set including the new songs on moshcam.com when its up.
Thats sucks, IMO. They have been talking about this album for so long, I've been for looking for info about the new album until I found some interview from like May 2007 I think where they say they'll start recording on around November 2007 for a possible mid to late 2008 release, then fact is they only got into the studio for recording on around October-November 2008 cuz they toured until like September 2008. But I mean, thats okay, cuz in any other interview they talk about how excited they are it'll be out sometime in Q1 2009, around March and it says so everywhere... and now its like out in the summer, which is probably true cuz there's no other info about the album for now... so I bet it won't be out this March but probably around June or July... probably like Sum 41's album.
Finally! I mean 666 was ok, but it didn't satisfy my hunger. And Turn Your Back was only one song, but it wasn't bad. Hopefully a new single comes out soon!
