If we feel strongly enough that they are "normal," we should feel obligated to defend them as "normal" people. Straights don't get nearly as much harassment as gays which is why there is no "straight pride day." The whole point of "gay pride" is to stand up against the discriminators. When there is barely any discrimination against straights, why should there be a straight pride day?
