So new year's came and went and I made my new years resolution, which was to never go out again on new years.

Unfortunately, the year is just long enough for me to forget that I made that resolution, so I'm sure that next year I'll be writing that my new year's resolution is to stop making new year's resolutions.

At the very least - I can walk away from that night with my head held high, knowing my mum would be proud at the thought that her son wasn't found passed out on a couch with sharpie on his face with a bottle of beer shoved up his tuckus. Kids can be so cruel...
