I'm really ecxited. "something in between DTLI and Chuck" sounds awesome :P And I think that Cone's and Deryck's "creative differences" are just some small stuff :P

If you don't wanna go through the drumtalk, here's the thing

Q:hey just wondering, i know that in your last album you combined all of the things you think you did best on. is your new album gonna be like that or is it gonna sound like one of the past individual albums? also, is deryck going to produce this album too?
thanks guys. YOU ROCK
A:Of the 7 or 8 songs I've heard they're darker and heavier than the last album. Maybe something in between DTLI and Chuck? I don't know how to describe it... But I like it.

Q:Hey just a general question for you guys. Well for the last album and half the one you're currently making, why does Stevo finish first? Then usually Cone then Bizzy D...
Just a wondering about that...
A:Drums have to be recorded first because everything is layered on top of them. Also, I like to be out of the studio before Deryck and Cone have their "creative differences".

Haha, reading that sentence kind of reminded me of Dr. Seuss for some reason, without the made up words.

Yeah, I'm not expecting blazing solos and incredible riffs on every song.

But I do hope this new music brings Sum 41 back into the spotlight.
