I think I'm going to stay out of this argument.
If kanguv is serious, he should message me on MSN. If he doesn't have MSN, he should make it. He'll need a specific set of rules that he will have to follow if he wants back in.

if he stops being a cunt and actually wants to become a respected member of our wonderful community, then i wouldnt mind him coming back.

if he's gonna be like he was before he was banned, then i don't want him back. it's totally up to him as well as the admins/mods. Kyle is right, someone will need to outline to him a bunch of rules that he will have to follow in order for him to come back and stay here
