Bad Religion?

Post by Hentaiman »

So I have the latest album "New Maps of Hell" from 2007, for a while now, and its pretty sweet. Could anyone recommend me some other good Bad Religion albums and specific songs on those albums? It'll be great, they seem like a really good band from the songs I've heard on New Maps of Hell.

Thanx.

Well i'm a Bad Religion nut, so i would recommend Recipe For Hate, Generator, Empire Strikes First, Against the Grain, and Suffer. To me those are there best albums. My favorite overall song is The Answer. There worst album is No Substance (with the exception of Into the Unknown), i like the no substance, but compared to other bad religion albums it's horrible. So don't get that one. All there albums in a list are
How Could Hell Be Any Worse?
Into The Unknown
Suffer
No Control
Against The Grain
Generator
Recipe for Hate
Stranger Than Fiction
All Ages (Compilation)
The Gray Race
Tested (Live with a few studio songs)
No Substance
The New America
Punk Rock Songs (Compilation with some live tracks)
The Process of Belief
The Empire Strikes First
Live at the Palladium (DVD)
New Maps Of Hell
New Maps Of Hell (Deluxe Edition) - with extra acoustic tracks and a bonus dvd.

I prefer The Empire Strikes First over New Maps of Hell, I think everything just sounds too generic.

They're pretty fuckin' bitchin' live.

My boyfriend is captain obsesso with BR. Unfortunately, that leaves me knowing all the songs/words...but not knowing what the names are or what album they're off of since when I'm listening to them, it's repeatedly and endlessly in his truck haha.

American Jesus is a fucking solid tune, though. One of my very favourites.

I always took it as more than religion is bad. Like "BAD DOG!"...you know..."BAD RELIGION!"...when religion does something bad...like...existing? haha
