so, uh, theres this girl... ( :roll: )

first of all, its nothing like my last scenario. i have actually talked to this girl. i have been to a concert with her (where, incidentally, i had to pretend to be her boyfriend so that this drunken dude would back off. that was pretty cool.) she sits beside me in study hall (lets just call her Study Hall Girl) she's very cute and friendly. i think i'm starting to like her.

but there's a catch. she's got a boyfriend.

i've met him. he's actually pretty cool. but he's near 2 years older than me and would have no bother beating the shit out of me. but the thing is, she rarely mentions him, and tends to be a bit close with me (nothing sexual).

should i ask her about her situation with her boyfriend or something? im feeling a bit guilty and uncomfortable getting close to her, knowing that she is going with him. and at least i will know where i stand.

well dont ask her how are things whit her bf maybe she doesnt talk about him cos she doesnt trust you enough or i guess she talks about him with her girl friends so try to speak with one of them

as far as i know, shes pretty happy going out with him.
but, to complicate things a bit more, one of her friends told me that they weren't boyfriend and girlfriend, just god friends. :confused:

any tips on keeping an inter-gender relationship without sexual tension?
