Sound system advice

Post by ejk41 »

So I'm looking into at some point what I might want to buy for a sound system for my room / computer / tv .. Right now I have the $26 altec lansing speakers from walmart that have very little bass, but they're good temps. until I get a more permanent thing going on. I don't know much about hook ups and stuff when it comes to audio, i'm more of a video person myself, but anyway.. here's what i'm looking at so far.. any suggestions to add upon, or something completely different, and what else I'll need to make it happen, like specific wires and cables and such.. Thanks.

Of course I'm going to have to save up some money, but I want to go ahead and plan ahead and see how much it's going to take.
