They're very political but there is one thing that I really don't like is how they support peta and with the ethical issues that they present in their lyrics, I have this impression that they are unaware of the actual evil of peta. They only kill thousands of animals every year for no reason.
If you don't believe me, search up the court case on it. They "euthanised" so many cats and dogs without even trying to do anything for them. Plus they're a bunch of arsonists, extremists etc.
I love Rise Against though. They most certainly mean well, but I don't think that they're a bunch of extremists.

yea i missed them earlier this year, they played while i was on holiday, i well want to go to Taste Of Chaos as well, good line up again imo. the closest show to me is in London though, i might try and go to that though.david. wrote:i've missed them twice already :(

I'm not too big a fan of the new song, but it could grow on me. I just think there were some better ones before it.

I only like their new CD, The Sufferer and the Witness. I just didn't really get into their older stuff. And I hate the whole PETA thing to.

Their older stuff is great too. Listen to 'Broken English' and you'll know what I mean.
