Plus there's the japanese tour edition which has Count Your Last Blessings (live) and Walking Disaster (live) and some other stuff like Road to Ruin I think. so the only way for the rest of the world to get this original is to buy at ebay if available (it wasn't before but i just seen someone is selling it now actually).
