I don't think this will work but try this;

Hopefully your running XP :confused:

1. Start Menu > Run;

2. Type the following: %appdata%

3. Find the delete the folder Apple [And iTunes if there is one]

4. Run iTunes

[Like I said, I don't think this will work,]
My next idea was to downgrade to an older version of iTunes

The original disk should have quicktime, as it and iTunes comes as a pair, iTunes cannot be launched with quicktime, if worst comes to worst, get Real Player, it may be shite but it will allow you to transfer music to your iPod.

Delete the libary then, If I remember correctly it's in your "My Music" folder as a folder called "iTunes"; Delete that folder, [UNLESS all your music is within that folder, if it is, move it somewhere then delete that folder]. This will make iTunes create a new library and all you have to do is add the music files again, easy as pie

But that just leaves me with and out dated usless itunes. I might not have posted this but the whole reason i posted this is because i cannot get itunes to suport my new 3 generation ipod nano... Leaving me with an old version of itunes won't help.
