Nobody stole the master recordings of the album. They lie. They just thought that it isn't good enough to release it as a Green Day album. So they made a side project called The Network and release the album in 2003 with the name Money Money 2020. So Green Days Cigarettes and Valentines = The Netwo...

We were all supposed to know that it wasnt coming out aug 31 so IMO its not delayed...I never belived it was coming aug 31...
