I think this album lacks something.. It's just sameoldsameold and it lacks the really good songs D has sometimes written. Overall, a decent listen, but nothing special. I'd say fans of D are to be pleased though for sure.

I wonder how others in the band feel. They play their instruments damn well, and deryck just ruins everything by being so bad. And I think it's pretty common he sings bad.. He really needs to take it up a notch.

On a totally random note:
I just had a dream in which I discovered an EP full of Sum 41 songs that were left off DTLI. Man those songs were good. Too bad that I can't listen them awake since they only exist in my sub-consciouness and I only hear them asleep. :D

Ask whether he is happy how things have gone with his new projects, I mean, whether he is content with their sales and fame etc. Did he expect that things would be easier, or whatever.

Yeah, this is possibly the worst poll I've ever seen. Most of the songs on that list wouldn't make the top 100 in a good poll.

Tomis story is shockingly similiar to mine. I also heard Sums first in NHL 2002 - (Fat Lip and Makes no Difference.) And I also received AKNF from my brother.. This was 2002 or 2003 I guess.
However the first Sum41-cd I bought was Chuck and that made me a fan.
