to make GIF Images, i used total video converter. just take a small clip of a video and convert it to GIF format and it will come out good. I have somewhat of a dilemna here

should i get:

the US version- Only 10 dollars
the UK version - Bonus DVD, lower shipping rate than Japaneese version
OR
Japaneese version- Bonus DVD and 2 bonus songs, but high shipping rate
